Recipe Notes

Gerbs No Mayo Cole Slaw with Seed Mix

INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, whisk together measured vinegar, mustard, honey (or any sweetener) and olive oil and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together your THINLY sliced (NOT thick because thick really doesn’t convey the slaw taste so take that extra moment and go thin) green or red cabbage, carrot, and celery seed (I add a dash of caraway seeds bit that is a Rye bread kind of flavor and not everyone likes it) and about a tablespoon (or more) of Gerbs Seed Mix. Next, pour a small amount of the vinaigrette dressing on the cabbage mixture and mix together until combined. Taste. You may want more or less but don’t drench it.  Season with Kosher salt & pepper, sprinkle more Flax & Hemp Gerbs Seed Mix on top and CHILL before serving. Crisp, fast, deelish.
