SUPERBOWL CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES

SUPERBOWL ALLERGEN FRIENDLY DARK CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES: Create an easy, impressive treat for the gang during SuperBowl by dipping juicy strawberries in Gerbs Allergen Friendly Dark Chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1. Gently rinse strawberries and dry on paper towels (berries must be completely dry). Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
2. In 1-quart saucepan, melt chocolate chips and oil over low heat, stirring frequently until smoothly melted. Low heat means low heat otherwise the chocolate will break apart. Remove from heat. NOTE: Doing this in a Microwave is very tricky. Better to do the old-fashioned way because you could easily ruin the chocolate.
3 Dip lower half of each strawberry into chocolate mixture; allow excess to drip back into saucepan. Place on waxed paper-lined tray or cookie sheet.
4 Refrigerate uncovered about 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm, or until ready to serve. Store covered in refrigerator so chocolate does not soften.

Are all of your products peanut & treenut free?
I am especially interested in the seeds & dried fruit!
Also, do you use tree nuts, peanuts or coconut anywhere in your factories or in your chocolate! I need to make a dessert for a coconut allergic friend.
    Thanks for your quick response!

Yes they are – there is coconut oil in our sweetened & unsweetened banana chips.
