Why is My Card Payment Being Declined?

When your credit card payment declines on Gerbs checkout page, it usually means the issuing bank has declined the transaction for one of several reasons. Typically, a decline may happen when:

• Your entered billing address on our chekcout page that doesn't match with card data saved with your bank. Make sure your address, city, state, zip code are correct.
• Incorrectly entered (the card number, card expiry date, CVV code)
• Card Expired
• Card Canceled by the cardholder
• Behind on monthly payments
• Exceeded credit limit or have reached the maximum number of permitted transactions for a given period by your Bank.
