This sweet powerhouse granola contains (GF) roasted oats, sunflower kernels, pumpkin kernels, cranberries, raisins, Goji berries, blueberries, cherries & honey (read the label below). Gerbs dried fruits are unsulphured (sulfur dioxide has been identified as a key problematic substance involved with allergic reaction to sulfite in foods), and contain no added preservatives. Dried through the nutrient-saving evaporation process.

The Super Fruits Granola was delicious!! My only complaint would be if you are looking to snack on it the pieces are smaller so it is a bit difficult but if you are going to be adding it to something like yogurt it is perfect.
