I purchased these to make a whole food chocolate truffle recipe, which was delicious. But, they are so delicious that I have been eating them just by themselves. Excellent! Thanks so much for making nut-free dates available. I bought them for my young grandson who had to stop eating dates after a bad reaction traced to nuts. He’s missed his favorite treat, so I was delighted to be able to find “safe” dates for him. He loves your dates so much that he refuses to even try the other fruit I sent with the dates! I’m so glad I found Gerbs! We have a nut allergy in the family and have a difficult time finding dates (among other dried fruits and seeds) that are safe to eat. We love to stuff them and bake in the oven, served warm. Mmmm.

These dates are delicious! I gave these a shot on my last order and am really glad I did. They are definitely better and more tasty than deglet noor dates I find in my local grocery stores or Costco. Will definitely be buying these moving forward!
