NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF HEMP
Hemp contains all the 21 known amino acids. This includes the 9 essential amino acids that the body can’t produce on its own and must take from dietary sources. Hemp seeds are one of nature’s best sources for plant-based protein. Hemp is particularly great for vegetarians following a high-protein diet. Hemp seed is considered by many to be the safest, most digestible, balanced, natural and complete source of protein, amino acids, and essential fats found anywhere in nature. Hemp is rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids and contains high amounts of vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc.
HEMP MILK & PROTEIN POWDER
Hemp seeds can be cooked and eaten whole. It can also be processed into Hemp milk. Edible oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids is derived from these seeds through cold-press techniques. The press cake that results from this process is then milled and ground into protein powder.
