Ingredients
  • 3cups Gluten Free Flour– We used Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/2cup Gerbs Pumpkin Seed Meal
  • 1 cup Sunflower Oil
  • 2tsp Cinnamon
  • 2tsp Baking Powder
  • 2tsp baking soda
  • 4 eggsor egg substitute
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2cups sugar– Your choice of sweetener. Raw Coconut Sugar is quite good.
  • 1cup Fresh Pumpkin– Drain of moisture. You can also used organic canned pumpkin.
  • 1cup Gerbs Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2cup Gerbs Raw Pumpkin Kernels
