The flavor is strong and yummy. I’m not sure how long to soak to rehydrate before using. I soaked for too long because they were wayyyyyy too salty after that. Looking for a company to meet quality standards of non-gmo, no oil and no preservatives for my business and so far Gerbs in the winner. As long as I can nail down the flavor I would say these sun dried tomatoes rock.
