  • 1 1/4cups Gluten Free Flour–your preference
  • 1/4cup Gerbs Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3cup Coconut Sugar–or your preferred sweetener
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 7 oz dailry free milk–try unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3cup Liquid Coconut OIl–+ add 1 teaspoon of oil to quantity
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract–pure
  • 1/4cup Gerbs Dark Chocolate–use Gerbs mini chips or the Jumbo
