As the days get cooler, there is nothing like starting your morning with a nice, hot bowl of oatmeal. With a few simple twists, you can makeover your oatmeal and transform it into a tasty and healthy breakfast.
This recipe is not allergen free. It contains: milk. If you are living with a milk allergy, please refer to this resource on milk substitutions. Dairy-free margarine, for example, could be used as a substitute for the butter in this recipe. Many people with nut allergies wonder if it’s safe to eat nutmeg. According to Food Allergy Research & Education, nutmeg is not a nut.
