One of the best, most alkaline sources of nutrition you can eat. Pumpkin seeds are incredibly high in iron and magnesium, and contain a larger amount of protein than chia or flax per ounce, boasting a total of 5 grams per ounce. Raw Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds!! They shipped way faster than I anticipated. They have been the perfect addition to our pantry. My son is allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy and sesame. Other brands of seeds had either cross contamination with nuts or sesame. Since my son has peanut, tree nut allergies, I have wanted to make recipes and substitute pumpkin and/or sunflower seeds for nuts but was never able to find any that weren’t “processed on the same equipment as peanuts/tree nuts”. Raw Pumpkin Seed kernels Really excellent taste and quality. I have multiple allergies, but have never had any problem with Gerb's seeds. I use various seeds and nuts with blueberries and bananas for breakfast - delicious. I always soak raw seeds in warm salt water one day and then rinse and dehydrate - there are natural toxins on the seeds to prevent animals from eating them.
