We know you’re busy, we know that last thing you need is another ‘sticky’ note reminding you to do something. Gerbs Subscription program (GSP) will make it SIMPLE to receive orders or Gift orders, however many times in a month!

I’M NOT GOOD WITH COMPUTERS – IS THIS EASY?

Yes. Gerbs Automatic Ordering & Delivery is easy: Have 1 item or 10 different items delivered every week, twice a month or once a month for however many months.

 

 


 

STEP 1: FIND A GERBS PRODUCT

  • Click/Fill-In  “SUBSCRIPTION ORDER”
  • Add desired Pounds/Units to your Subscription Cart.
  • FREQUENCY: The number of weeks (1x, 2x, 3x, 4x) you would like this GSP Order to be per month. 1X orders will ship out during the first week of each month. 2X orders will ship out the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month. 3X will ship out the first 3 weeks of the month. Finally 4X will ship out once a week for the month; Perfect for large families, allergen groups, and team sports.

STEP 2: OPTIMIZE YOUR ORDER

 

NOTE: Free shipping is not available for subscription orders.

STEP 3: CHECKOUT & PAY

BEGIN CHECKOUT PROCESS, ENTER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION & SUBMIT. You will receive a confirmation email, and confirmation & tracking emails.


HOW DO I GET BILLED OR CHARGED?

  • You must have an active & registered user account on the website in order to monitor, increase, decrease or cancel at any time!
  • Your Credit Card or PayPal account will be charged prior to each orders processing & shipping.
  • Gerbs Cash cannot be used to purchase any Subscription Orders.
  • You will receive messages that your order is on its way with corresponding Tracking Information

WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD/DECREASE ITEMS OR UNITS FROM MY GSP?

Simply log into your account, and change your subscription order details. The system needs 48-hours’ notice.

WHAT IF I MOVE OR WANT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

The system needs 48-hours’ notice prior to a GSP order processing & shipping. Simply log into your account, and click change subscription address.

WHAT IF THE CARD I HAVE ON FILE HAS CHANGED OR GETS STOLEN?

The GSP system is set up to be user friendly. If a payment did not successfully clear, a member of our team will reach out to you. If you need to enter a different card number/information for whatever reason, you moved, your card was stolen, you canceled your credit card.
