Smokehouse Mesquite BBQ Seasoning Mix is a highly flavorful BBQ blend, but with smoke! Contains salt, sugar, onion powder, spanish paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, Mesquite & mustard powder. Great for grilling. Great with pork, chicken and burgers. We sprinkled some on our Chicken & Lentil Stew and it was terrific. Mesquite is a widely popular flavor, lighter and sweeter than hickory smoke, and popular in Southwestern and Texas-style barbecue. Other great applications include snack crackers, trail mix, baked beans, salad dressings (in cole slaw for example), marinades, barbecue sauces, or gravies.
