Ingredients for gourmet ground coffee: Dark Roasted Whole Brazilian Bean (Cerrado Bourbon Santos), Whole Peruvian Beans, & Whole Colombian Bean (Excelso Grade from Bucaramanga)
We recommend a DRIP brewing method. For a richer, heavier taste, use a FRENCH PRESS.
Do not skimp, adjustments can always be made each day! To start use 1 scoop (2 tbsp.) of freshly ground coffee to 6 ounces of filtered water. Less can result in a bitter water. Remember the quality of water will dramatically affect the taste of your coffee
Only use water that you would drink. Be sure the water you use, is fresh, cold, and filtered.
Select the correct grind setting for your brewing method (DRIP or FRENCH PRESS) to achieve optimum extraction. We strongly recommend using gourmet ground coffee, and grinding no more than 10 minutes PRIOR to brewing to achieve best results.
Remember to control the temperature of your coffee machine, if you do not intend to consume the coffee within 30 minutes. Coffee that is held on a hot burner will deteriorate, burn, and become bitter rapidly after brewing. We recommend you transfer to a thermal mug or serve immediately.
