GERBS CANADIAN STEAKHOUSE SEASONING MIX
Canadian Steakhouse Seasoning Mix is a coarse blend, great on beef, particularly steaks, burgers and roasts. It can also be ground, with a small mill or coffee grinder to rub into larger cuts of meat before smoking. Tired of same old burgers (or veggie burgers)? Mix in or coat. This seasoning will release hidden flavors! Give your vegetables some love too. Coriander’s subtle sweet-and-sour flavor profile lends itself to both sweet and savory dishes so it gives more depth and complexity to food.
The dill seeds emit a pleasant aroma with a hint of sharpness and slant more toward anise and caraway flavors. For those of you used to dill only being used on fish or cucumbers/pickles, this is yet another reason why Canadian Steakhouse can make grilled foods more memorable. - 4 Tbsp. Canadian Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- ¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
