ONION POWDER
Onion powder is made from dehydrated onions, giving it a concentrated flavor that pairs well with many foods. For many people, onions cause heartburn or other digestive discomfort. If onions interfere with your enjoyment of a meal, or if you don’t have one when preparing a recipe that calls for it, onion powder works as a substitute. Use onion powder in place of onion in any instance. If the flavor of whole, fresh onion complements a food, onion powder does as well with respect to flavor.
DO NOT confuse our Onion Powder with Onion Salt, which is a more coarsely ground version out there that has been mixed with tons of salt. Some folks combine the powder with real onions because the onion powder lays a subtle foundation of onion flavor while the fresh onions add strong onion hits. The two work great together. Who knew.

Onion powder This is the best onion powder I’ve ever had and allergen friendly. I roast potatoes and sprinkle on top it literally tastes like sour cream and onion! Way better than the standard onion powder
